Asian, African, Pacific media visit Huawei exhibition hall in Beijing

BEIJING- A group of journalists from the Asian, African, and Pacific countries visited the largest exhibition hall of China’s giant technology company Huawei in Beijing.

The visit was arranged by China International Press Communication Center (CIPCC).

The journalists spent Friday morning visiting the Huawei Beijing R&D Da Vinci Executive Exhibition Center, which is the company’s future oriented high-end strategic dialogue center.

As the company’s largest comprehensive exhibition hall, Huawei have taken inspiration from Da Vinci.

The exhibition hall covers all the company’s products and solutions, and also explains Huawei’s leadership in industry and technology.

The guests were briefed about the exhibition hall which covers an area of about 70,000 square meters, future trends, challenges, and strategic directions.

The hall consists of 10 exhibition booths, Vision and Mission, New Values Together, Huawei Cloud, Digital Power, Innovative Digital Infrastructure, Guide to the Intelligent World, Intelligent Automotive Solution, Terminals, Cutting-edge Technology, and ICT Talent Partner Development.

As previously mentioned, China International Press Communication Center (CIPCC) arranged the visit to Huawei exhibition hall for the Asian, African, and Pacific journalists.

CIPCC, under the China Public Diplomacy Association (CPDA), has initiated a program to build a platform for the media from countries around the world, especially developing countries, to observe China and study development in this country.

The program aimed at media exchange was halted in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

In each edition of the program, journalists from all around the world gather together to get familiar with the modern China and exchange their experiences in the field of journalism.

In 2024 edition of the program, scheduled to be held from late February until late June, over 100 journalists from more than 90 countries are participating.
